About The Show
The East Coast Large Scale Train Show is one of the premier model railroading conventions in the eastern United States. The first ECLSTS was held in 1997 in Atlantic City, NJ. The convention was developed to reach the untapped Large Scale model railroad (1/29th SCALE ) hobbyist market east of the Mississippi (For those that do not know what size Large Scale is or looks like, the easiest visual description we can give is it is TWICE as large as O Gauge Trains or another description would be "about the size of the old standard gauge electric trains .)
